The challenge was to create a premium presentation box that:
- It will suit different types of jewelry.
- It was resistant for shipping, but delicate and sophisticated in its aesthetics.
- Allow for a constant production of 200 units per month without losing quality.
- It will convey the artisanal and timeless essence of the brand.
The Solution
In Prototype it we design and manufacture three box sizes —small, medium and large— using high quality 3D printing, taking care of every detail:
- Perfect shape and fit to protect and enhance the piece inside.
- Lightweight yet durable material, with a polished finish and pleasant feel.
- Color and texture in line with the brand image.
- Possibility of customization for special editions or events.
The process combines technological precision and artisanal finishes, ensuring that each box is worthy of the content it protects.
