FAQs

Here you can check the answers to the most common questions our customers have.

What materials do they print and what technology do they use?

We have a wide range of materials and colors, the most used are:
PLA - Perfect for models and interior parts.
PETG - The most chosen for outdoor parts that withstand sun and water without problem.
TPU - An interesting material for its flexibility (it is flexible, not elastic).
ASA - It resists a little more temperature than the previous ones.

What is needed to print?

To print in 3D we need a 3D file, in .STL, .OBJ or STEP format, if you need help exporting it, do not hesitate to contact us.

What if I don't have a 3D file?

You can tell us what you need for us to design it for you, but many things may already be designed and available on the internet on web portals such as: Cults, Thingiverse, Printables

How much does 3D printing cost?

It all depends on the size and quality you need, our rate is 10€ per hour, and in an hour it is usually 1 square cm, so a small chip will be 10€ and something the size of a large orange is about 100€, now you have the online quotator, but if you see that something is wrong or you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask yourself contact with us.

In addition, we also offer volume discounts, many companies print with us on a recurring basis.

How long does it usually take to print something in 3D?

The vast majority of orders are delivered within 24/48 hours.

How are the finishes and quality of your 3D prints?

We have the best FDM machines on the market, for quality and precision, if we see that due to the architecture of the part it will not look good, we will let you know before printing anything. We offer all quality guarantees.

What is the maximum print size for a 3D part?

We have three sizes of 3D printers to adapt to the needs of each project:

Bamboo — Ideal for parts up to 250 × 250 × 250 mm. It offers high speed, high precision and allows printing in up to 4 colors and with a wide variety of materials.
Elegoo Max — Perfect for medium-sized pieces, with a print volume of 420 × 420 × 480 mm.
Giga — Our option to large format, capable of printing parts up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm.

If you need an even larger size, we can divide the design into smaller parts and assemble them with almost imperceptible joints, so there is virtually no size limit.
